Chicken Stuffed Croissant Bake

2 packages (8 ounces each) crescent rolls

2 C chopped cooked chicken

1 can of Cream of Celery Soup

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

8 ounces sour cream

1 C Chicken Stock

  • Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray.
  • Separate the dough into 16 triangles. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken onto each triangle. Roll up the triangles around the chicken. Place the rolls in the baking dish.
  • Stir the soups, sour cream and stock in a medium bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the rolls.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
